The board's officers rely on communication from the residents of Twelve Lakes to keep the neighborhood in top condition. We all live in the neighborhood, but we do not live on every lake or every street; so if you see something that needs addressed, please submit those concerns utilizing the form below. Submission topics can include but are not limited to:
Issues within the neighborhood with Lakes/Fountains/Landscaping
Questions about Deed Restriction
Questions about Dues Payments or Annual Meetings
Submission of personal home landscape/hardscape improvement planning (i.e. Docks, Trees, etc...)
General questions about neighborhood
